27 June – Tuesday:

Arriving in Sofia;

Accommodation in Park-Hotel “Vitosha”;

10.00-20.00 – registration

15.00 – visit to the University of Forestry;

16.00 - UEF’s presidency meeting;

20.00 – diner at “Toskana” restaurant (“Vitosha” Hotel);

28 June – Wednesday

8.00 – 9.00 - breakfast;

8.00 – 9.00 – registration;

9.15 – departure for Residency “Boyana”;

9.45 – welcome to the delegates and the accompanying persons;

10.00 - opening of the UEF Governing Council Meeting;

Greetings from representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests, National Forestry Board, Union of Bulgarian Foresters, etc.

11.00 – Presentation “Bulgarian forests”;

11.30 – coffee–break;

12.00-13.30 - reports from representatives of organizations which are UEF members, determined by the UEF presidency;

13.30 – 14.30 – discussions;

14.30 – cocktail;

16.00 – visit to the National Historical Museum;

17.30 – departure for the hotel;

19.00 – official dinner at “Toskana” restaurant;

29 June – Thursday;

8.00 – 9.00 - breakfast;

9.00-11.00 – meeting of the delegates at the conference room of “Vitosha” hotel;

11.00 – 11.20 – coffee–break;

11.20 – 13.00 - delegates meeting - continuation;

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS AND GUESTS PROGRAMME:

9.00-13.00 – a tour round Sofia, historical, architectural and cultural monuments;

13.00-14.00 – lunch at hotel’s restaurant;

14.00 – a trip to the Vitosha Nature Park, and familiarizing with the activities held there;

18.30 – dinner at Opheliite” Forest House;

21.00 - departure for the hotel;

30 June – Friday;

7.00 – 7.45 - breakfast;

8.00 – departure for “Jundola” University experimental forestry;

11.00 – afforestation of the “European foresters’ forest” at “Starina” site; Visit to the environmental station;

12.00 – 13.30 – picnic;

13.30-17.00 – visit to different sites and the University experimental forestry’s base;

17.30 – dinner with music program;

21.00 – departure for Sofia;

1 July – Saturday

There are two possibilities that depend on delegates preferences;

1^st possibility:

8.00 – 9.00 - breakfast;

9.00 – departure to the “Rila Monastery” Nature Park;

11.00 – 14.00 – visit to the Monastery and the park;

14.00 - picnic;

15.00 – departure;

16.30 – visit to the Game-breeding station “Studena”;

17.30 – presentation of Husqvarna” products;

18.30 – dinner;

21.00- departure for the hotel;

2^nd possibilities;

The prices per person for the whole stay are as follows:

Single room - 600 EURO;

Double room – 500 EURO;

For those who will leave on 1^st of July the prices are:

Single room - 550 EURO;

Double room – 470EURO;
